My son sent me this cool shot he took as he was leaving for work yesterday morning. Of course, I have to link up at Skywatch Friday.
I'm completely worn out from my day with the girls yesterday. Eleven hours with two tornadoes - I mean toddlers, makes for a very long day. I have lots of catch-up to do today, both at home and on blogs. I am very happy to have a quick and easy post for NaBloPoMo today. Happy Friday :)

You are amazing such energy. -Christine cmlk79.blpgspot.com
ReplyDeleteThanks Christine, but I don't know about the energy part. It will take me all weekend to recover, lol!
DeleteThat is a great picture! It's a keeper for sure Thank your son for sharing with all off us! Don't worry about being behind. It always waits for us, no house fairies here.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I thought is was an amazing shot. I guess I shouldn't worry about getting a day or two behind after being gone for three years!
DeleteI don't know why I come across as anoymous but the above comment came for me, mostly known as ma.
ReplyDeleteIt's weird that it keeps happening. I'm glad you've been catching it :)
DeleteHa ha... two tornadoes. Yes, that would wear a person out!
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what it's like Jenny, lol!
DeleteThat is an awesome picture. I had to laugh at the two tornadoes. I hope you have a restful day today.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lori. No rest for the weary. You should see my house after a day with those two little tornadoes!
DeleteThat's a photo unlike any I have ever seen before!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Yogi, I thought it was pretty amazing myself. Thanks for stopping over to visit!
DeleteThe perfect shot of the Beaver Moon!
ReplyDeleteI thought so too. I'm glad he let me share it with all of you!
DeleteThe picture is beautiful. Is it a dove?
ReplyDelete11 hours with 2 toddlers would do me in, no matter how much I loved them. This old gray mare ain't what she used to be.
Thanks Anne. It looks like a dove to me but I'm not sure. The days with the girls does do me in. It will take me all weekend to recover!
DeleteSaint Pigeon of the Parking Lot!
ReplyDeleteOr is it Saint Dove? I'm not sure.
DeleteThat picture is amazing! What a great capture! I kept looking out the window to see the Harvest Moon (or whatever they were calling it) but it looked the same size as it always does to me!
ReplyDeleteThanks Bijoux. I saw it when it was first rising, it was huge! I think you have to look very early evening or very early morning to really see at it's biggest.
DeleteThat's a fantastic photo, Martha! Yes, toddlers will run you ragged, too. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteThanks Martha. Toddlers are a lot!
DeleteHe obviously got his eye for photos from his momma! Enjoy your slower days recovering from the tornado littles!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Tamy. One of these days I'll have to share a photo I took - and then 10 years later Gino took a photo in the exact same spot that was almost exactly like mine. It was crazy!
DeleteI know exactly what you mean. I'm spending lots of time with my 2 year old grandson because my younger daughter is in the hospital, awaiting the birth of her son. It's exhausting. That's a stunning picture!
ReplyDeleteThanks Margaret. Is he staying with you now?
DeleteHe goes between my house and his. I doubt that he would sleep at my place. His dad and I trade off.
DeleteTornadoes is a perfect nickname for the high energy toddlers! Love the photo.
ReplyDeleteIt sure is! Thanks on the photo and thank you for stopping by to visit :)
DeleteI hope you have a day of rest planned. It seems like toddlers pull the energy right out of you.
ReplyDeleteNope, no rest today. Today was cleaning my house that was trashed yesterday, lol!
DeleteI feel that way after half a day with my almost-two-year-old grandson. How do you do it?
ReplyDeleteIt's not easy Nance! They are my everything, but those long days are just too much.
DeleteI live with a currently teething tornado, so I can imagine how grateful their parents are for you for caring for them :)
ReplyDeleteThey sure better be, lol! :)
DeleteReally amazing photo. It's perfectly aligned. I hope today is a relaxing one for you. Two tornados. I can imagine.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure my son spotted it and maneuvered to get the perfect shot but it it amazing no matter how he got it. No relaxing today, cleaning today, relaxing over the weekend. I can't wait do do some nothing, lol!
DeleteLOL yes toddlers can seem like tornadoes!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful photograph.
All the best Jan
Thanks Jan. If you saw my house when they leave in the evenings you would think a tornado or two really went through, lol!
