I've been giving lots of thought to my 30 day challenges for the upcoming year. I haven't decided all of them yet but I do have he first few months figured out.
My focus for January will be weight loss, that has to come first. It's time to get back to healthier eating, walks, and workouts. I've put on fourteen pounds since the pandemic came along, but it sure feels more like forty!
Of course I won't be able to lose all fourteen pounds and get back in shape during a short 30 day challenge, but it will be my focus. I hope to have a good jump start by the end of the month and then stick with it as I move on to a new challenge in February. It shouldn't be too difficult, I just need to go back to my pre-pandemic lifestyle. I'll share more about that next week.
