beautiful! we woke up with a few inches of wet snow and it's already melting!
Bundle up and stay warm Karen!
Monday it was colder in Orlando than in Philadelphia.
That's pretty crazy!
I live in central California and we've had freezes in the night for about a week. Yes it's cold.Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
Florida and California aren't used to such cold weather. Do people there bundle up like it's 30 below like they do here? It cracks me up.
WOWOW. Beautiful. smiles
Thanks Linda :)
Wow, amazing sky! Beautiful photo. It is cold and windy here! Take care, have a happy day!
It was very windy here last night too, it makes it feel twice as cold!
What a great sky!
It really was. I've never seen anything quite like it before!
My thoughts exactly Jenna!
Oh my goodness, that photo is gorgeous!
Thanks Anne. I have never seen the sky look like that before!
That is an incredible picture! Looks like snow clouds! It was 32 here in North central Florida this morning...frost on the yard and ice in the bird bath! Yes, winter has arrived to Florida!
I was thinking that too Pamela - snow clouds meet Florida sunset. It didn't get quite as cold here as it was there. It was 40 when I got up early this morning. Still cold for us!
Oh my GOSH!! there is a name for this kind of cloud, I forget what it is. I'll go and look then let you know if I find out.
Sounds good Ginny, I would love to know!
What a wonderful photo, love it, a really great shot. It's cold, wet and wintry over here! Stay safe, hugs, Valerie
Thanks Valerie, stay warm and safe!
Thanks! I'm going to look it up right now. I had never seen clouds like that before.
Wow, double WOW...what an amazing sky.Yes it's chilly here too. 39F. when I got up this morning. The sun does feel so good but the shade is still icy feeling.Sue
It's about the same here although it did warm up to almost 60 in the afternoon. I can already feel temps dropping again.
What a great shot of the beautiful sky.https://allatseawithme.blogspot.com/2020/12/wordless-wednesday-aalesund-norway.html

What a photo!Love it so much! <3
Thanks so much and thank you for visiting today :)
Beautiful photo, I heard it was cold in Florida.
Really cold for us! It was 40 here this morning but a little further north was below freezing.
That is beautiful, Martha. I've been so busy doing things and running errands, that I miss taking pictures of nature. It is calling me lately. : )~Sheri
Thank you Sheri. I don't take many nature photos these days either, we have been pretty much staying in quarantine since March. I do always have my eye out for a pretty sky shot at least.
That picture is awesome!
Thanks Mary, it was really something to see!
Wow, that's some photo.
It was some sky! :)
Very interesting clouds.
I sure had never seen anything like them before.
Extraordinary sky! What an incredible capture!
Thanks so much Veronica and thank you for visiting! :)
They are call mattumus clouds...I have seen them a couple of times:) I heard it was cold there...my husband just had a Zoom meeting and one gal was from Tampa...we were not very sympathetic:)
Someone else also mentioned what type of clouds they were, I'd never seen anything like it before. I can imagine you weren't sympathetic with our 40 degree nights and 60 degree days being cold to us lol. Remember though, we get our torture with the sweltering heat for 9-10 months out of the year.
Wow...the colors are extraordinary!!
It was really something to see Anni!
Wow! Stunning sky!
It really was Nancy!
What a fabulous sky!
It was so neat to see!
Fantastic sky photo!
Thank you and thanks for stopping by today! :)
They look like some mean looking snow clouds to me, be thankful at least you have no snow like we do here.
They do! I guess that's what happens when snow clouds meet Florida sunset. I'm very thankful that we don't have snow, but it is 2020 so I wouldn't be surprised if we did get snow this year!
What an amazing shot!! Beautiful.
Thanks Rosalea! :)
Wow! What a fabulous photo! We do have dramatic skies in the evenings. Enjoy this beautiful weather!
We sure do Diane, but I had never seen clouds like this here before. They weather has been so nice! I hope you are enjoying it too :)
Clouds are always interesting, but this sky is mesmerizing!
It really was Yvonne!
Wow! Those clouds are amazing and your photograph is beautiful!
Thanks so much Bless! :)
What an amazing photo, and scene!
Thanks Joe, it was really something to see. I'm glad I thought to take a shot.
WOW!!!!! Great shot!
Thanks Tamy! :)
A fabulous photograph, so pleased you shared it here :)All the best Jan
Thanks Jan :)
So you're in SW Florida? We lived in Fort Myers for over 20 years.
We are practically neighbors, I'm about an hour north of you in the tiny little town of Nokomis. It's in between Venice and Sarasota.
I've been to Nokomis. We are in Southern Illinois now. Big change.
I'm always shocked when people know where Nokomis is, even people from Florida usually don't know lol. Illinois is a hug change for sure! Do you like it there?
Wow! What a mysterious yet majestic sky! It's great to see your link at 'My Corner of the World' this week!
Thanks so much Betty :)
Oh my, that is an amazing photo!
