S'mores Brownies

The weather is getting cool, even here in Florida. Our low for tonight is 49 degrees, to Floridians that's not cool, it's freezing! We are cold weather wimps.

When the temps start going down I think of things like soups, chili, stews and of course S'mores! I thought this would be a good time to share a recipe I found at Taste of Home for delicious Fudgy S'mores Brownies.

In this case I didn't use the brownie recipe, I just used boxed brownies. It works well either way. When the brownies are done, take them out of the oven and generously top with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and Golden Grahams cereal (or used coarsely crushed graham crackers). Pop back in the oven and broil until marshmallows are puffy and golden brown. Remove and cover with foil so the chocolate gets all nicely melted.

These were a big hit here. If you love S'mores, you are really going to love these S'mores Brownies!

Have a great Sunday and a great week ahead. Stay warm and toasty! :)

    1. They are so good, especially with homemade brownies! A box mix made it quick and easy and with all those yummy toppings there won't be any complaints lol

  4. Yum!! I like the relatively easy way of preparation too! You know, I have to say, since this is our second year in Phoenix, I do think that 80 degrees is cool, LOL. I think our blood is thinner since we live in such high temps that when it "cools" down, we feel it.

    1. Exactly Betty! Beautiful weather for us is 70-80 degrees, we definitely don't consider 80 hot at all considering most of the time our temps are in the high 90s. Anything below 70 is chilly, below 60 miserably cold lol!
