Buffalo Chicken Dip

The Miami Dolphins play tonight, so I thought it would a good time to share a recipe for one of our game day buffet favorites. Be careful, it's addicting!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Franks RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake 20-30 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired. Serve with Tortilla chips, crackers, and/or veggies. Easy peasy and so good! :)

  1. This looks delicious! Not a good game for the Dolphins tonight (unless they rallied; we turned it off in the 4th quarter after the Ravens had scored another touchdown).

    1. Thanks Betty. Great dip, horrible game! I was hoping after last week they would start looking better, but they looked the worst I've seen yet this season :(

  3. OMG... sounds delicious! I may have to try it - or something similar - to get me through the Monday night game. I fear my Broncos are not likely to fare much better than your Dolphins did unless they can magically pull a decent right tackle out of their hats. BTW, did you see the cat? http://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/stray-cat-gains-more-yards-than-dolphins-in-beatdown-by-ravens-9781537

    1. I'll be watching too, and they sure can't do any worse than my Fins did. Last night's game totally sucked! I did see the cat, couldn't miss it. Miami teams have a history with cats showing up on the fields lol. It's great to see you are still here. I'm so happy to reconnect. Have a great weekend! :)

    1. Thanks Tamy. Unfortunately, the fins didn't just lose, they were totally annihilated! A bunch of little old ladies could have played better lol!

  6. My fave dip is cream cheese on the bottom of a glass dish, topped w/ Hormel chili w/ beans, bake at 350 for about 15 minutes then sprinkle shredded jack or cheddar on top. Serve when the cheese melts. So. Good.

    1. Sounds very good! I'll have to try that but will probably use my homemade chili in place of the Hormel since I always make a big pot on Halloween. Thanks for the suggestion :)
