ReplyDelete:-) Mandy
Thanks Mandy, it was fun to do!
DeleteVery cleverly Done Martha.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Easter week-end.
Yvonne.
Thank you Yvonne, hope you enjoy your Easter weekend too :)
DeleteIt's good practice to take some time out every now and then and remind yourself what you're grateful for! It's easy to forget about the things we take for granted in the face of as-yet unfulfilled goals. Nice entry. :)
ReplyDeleteJ.W. Alden
Thanks JW, I believe in being grateful for all the little things - in the end, in hindsight, they are usually the big things after all.
DeleteI love your gratitude list! How wonderful to think there are so many things to be thankful for. Counting our blessings is always a day brightener! Have a wonderful Easter weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ma. There is so much to be thankful for, and this was just a quick list of some of my favorites and most important things - there is so much more! Have a wonderful Easter weekend :)
DeleteLove the list Martha, very creative!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen, and I didn't even have to google it! ;)
DeleteI'm grateful for the X-Box as well! And I just checked the blogfest list - you are #63, so I'm glad you were finally able to sign up. Sorry you had problems with it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex. I still don't know how I got on the list to begin with but it works out fine since I'm joining the fun anyway :)
DeleteGr8 idea for your G post! So many things to be Grateful for! YAY!
ReplyDeleteTexas Playwright Chick
Goodness gracious gobs of gratefulness between both of us! :)
Deletehaha yep the xbox works for me. That is quite the list, hippos too? I hear they eat people, you can keep them..haha
ReplyDeleteWho isn't grateful for xbox? Gotta love it! Yes, hippos too, but we'll watch them from afar ok? I had to include all my favorite animals! :)
Deleteooooohhhhhh, very good!
ReplyDeleteI am going to add vodka to v.
hee hee
Years ago that would have definitely been on my list too. These days it's just champagne on special occasions, and too much beer. I've been on an break from all alcohol during Lent - tomorrow is party time!! :)
DeleteYou've got a huge number of my own gratitude list items on there! Great (pardon the g-pun) Post!
ReplyDeleteGratitude is Great - All G puns welcome today! :)
DeleteAwwww hello! What a lovely alphabetical list! Of course I can so relate to kittens, cats and zebras! Yay! Take care
ReplyDeletex
Thanks for stopping by Old Kitty. Of course I knew you could relate to the cats and kittens. I really do love all the animals I mentioned - just remembered I forgot squirrels! I need to go back at add them. My kitties would say they love squirrels too but I think we'd be talking about a different kind of love, LOL!
DeleteI like your list. I, too, am a Floridian and grateful for Air conditioning :)
ReplyDeleteOh cool! I didn't realize you were in Florida too. I love getting to know other Floridians. We definitely couldn't survive without our AC!!
DeleteOkay, so you have me on all of them except the ostriches (they freak me out) and raspberries, actually it's raspberry flavoring I hate. The actual berry is lovely, but anything flavored "raspberry" doesn't actually taste like it should and it makes me gag. Strangely, those are actually two of my favorite groups: animals and food. So, that's strange. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm sorry that your first post to read was such a bore. I realized later that vodka and blogging are not a great combo for me. Sad, sad realization! I look forward to (procrastinating and) perusing your blog to learn about you!
ReplyDeleteOstriches freak me out too, they are so weird! I guess that's why I like them! Raspberries - yes, only the berries themselves will do!
DeleteWhen we think of the grand scheme of things, is there really anything more important than our family, animals and food? I guess most don't concentrate on these basics but I do.
Your first post wasn't a bore at all, it's what made me like you - you are real! So many bloggers are so busy trying to create an image. I like real people with or without vodka. The vodka admission just made you even more down to earth and sincere in my eyes :)
Great list. Fun that you're grateful for kangaroos. :)
ReplyDeleteHey Tonja,
DeleteYes, it's true - kangaroos are among my favorite animals. They are just so cool! :)
Beautiful. That's a fantastic list. I bet you were in a really good mood when you finished it :-)
ReplyDeleteI did Sarah and I had fun doing it :)
DeleteI'm grateful for a lot of these too and especially air conditioning. I can't believe you put beer at the end of the B's. lol
ReplyDeleteJust being honest :)
DeleteOkay, first off, you live in Florida??? I'm so jealous right now it's not even funny. I wanna live in Harry Potter land so bad! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for my X-box. Without it I wouldn't have a dvd player, lol.
Yep Cassie Mae, I live in Florida. Come on down and visit me and Harry one of these days :)
DeleteWOW really LOVE this list!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm grateful for my friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tamy, any specific friend you are grateful for? ;)
DeleteWow.. you took the A-Z thing to its (logical) extreme!!
ReplyDeleteI guess I did, but it was a lot of fun :)
DeleteP.s., I'm all hip hip hurray for Elefinks too!
ReplyDeleteI included all my favorite animals, some are favorites just because they are so bizarre!
DeleteHow did you not include "beach" under b? ;)
ReplyDeleteI have no idea now that you mention it! Weird!!
