Yummy! Does it get any better than slow cooked ribs?
Today is the first Sunday of the 2011-12 NFL season, and time for the second annual season of Tailgating Time!
I know I'm very late posting today but with good reason, late yesterday afternoon we adopted a new family member! Meet little Peanut...
Isn't he precious? He's really a good boy too! Of course all attention has been on the new baby and lots of running around to get all the necessities for him. So that's my excuse for being late today ;-)
Back to the food - My husband always makes our ribs on the grill. He starts with a nice dry rub, stacks one rack on top of other and alternates them a couple of times during cooking. They are grilled at 250 for about 3-4 hours depending on how often the grill is opened.
These are always so good and perfect for Tailgating Time!
